  • Relax your shoulders and draw them away from your ears. 
  • Lengthen your spine.
  • Engage your core.
  • Keep your torso at a right angle with the tops of your thighs.
  • Press your shinbones back.
  • Keep your weight on your heels. 

meditation moment – 60 seconds

Sit cross-legged. 

Stretch your arms out in front of you, with the backs of your hands facing one another. Then cross one arm over the other so your palms touch. Clasp your hands, and place them on your lap. 

Take 3-5 breaths as you think It is safe to calm down now

Bathroom break stretch

  • Place your hands on your hips. 
  • With your legs apart, bend both knees slightly.
  • Make wide circles with your hips. 
  • Reverse directions.

If you want to go deeper into a stretch, breathe and relax into it. Don’t force it.
