Three Limbed Forward Bend, aka Triang Mukha Eka Pada Paschimottanasana, is a challenging but rewarding pose rarely practiced outside of Ashtanga. One leg is extended forward getting into the hamstrings while the other leg is bent, shin facing down similar to Hero Pose stretching the entire from of the leg from toes to quad. Adding the forward fold lengthens the spine as well. Expect to come into this pose (and many others too) in my 4:30pm Saturday class @lucentyoga.
