One part of me said I look too muscular.

Another part of me said I look too grumpy.

While another part of me said, damn I look strong.


I say screw the self-image doubts. One of yoga’s greatest lessons is that there are no universal standards for bodies, and that all bodies, genders, races and ages have the ability to benefit in their unique way. It’s liberating to come to a place where I could fully accept and embrace my body for what it truly is.
