The cool weather is here, making our bodies tighten. But since flexibility is key for spine health, prevention of injuries and balance, now is the time to dig into your yoga practice. Because yoga isn’t only for flexible people, it’s for those that want to be more flexible, or even just flexible period. No one comes to the mat perfect, it’s a practice, not a perfection.
