Change is the one constant in life, which sadly doesn’t guarantee that it’s always easy. Right now we’re approaching the change of summer to fall, from hot to cool, from beach vacations to school and work. I love fall but the major energy shift in the city can be intense and sometimes tiring. So, it’s a good time to dig into your yoga practice and listen to what your body may need for fall. We’ll be getting into every nook and cranny of our bodies in my Saturday 4:30pm class @lucentyoga so that we can let out any stress, and meet the upcoming fall strong and open.
