Lately I’ve been loving Dolphin Pose, aka Forearm Downdog. A fabulous stretch for the chest and shoulders while also strengthening them at the same time. For those looking to up their arm balance or inversion game this pose is a must as it helps build forearm muscle and thus fortifies the wrists. And of course, holding this pose, or shifting forward and then back (aka Dolphin Push-ups),helps strengthen the core and stretch the hamstrings. 💫
