As I inhale…
When in doubt, breathe deeper.
The breath is the most important part of your yoga practice.
Breathing smoothly and deeply helps your mind stay calm and your muscles work efficiently even in the most challenging of poses.
Wherever you are right now take a few huge, steady breaths in and out through your nose. Feel that sense of instant calm wash over you, bringing fresh air into the darkest corners of your body.
