Ankle to Knee Chair strengthens, stretches and helps with concentration. This pose strengthens the legs, opens the hips and stimulates the core. And, as with all balancing asanas, it forces to you to become present (otherwise you’ll fall over 😉). Come open, strengthen and get present with me, Monday morning at 7am @lucentyoga.
